Physical Assessment

Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Physical Assessment assesses your unique Flexibility, Balance and Stability to learn how your body moves relative to your golf swing. This helps guide the coaching process to be more relevant and effective for you to improve your golf and reduce injury. The assessment is straightforward.

I became a Titleist Performance Institute certified golf coach in 2013. This has been invaluable when assessing how a student moves, along with their golf technique & any physical tendencies/limitations, as this screening process aids planning effective & personalised sessions for each individual golfer.

Golf Psychology

Improve your Emotions, Strategy and Focus while minimising Distractions and Negative Thoughts when playing golf to improve your enjoyment and hit better/smarter golf shots as well as shoot lower scores.
